Membership Services at Island Athletic Club

Initial Training
All members are entitled to initial training and familiarization training equipment. Initial workouts will be done by Island Athletic Club staff.The Island Athletic Club has many excellent personal trainers available to assist you with your individual fitness needs. You can call the club at any time and we will be glad to help you find the trainer best suited to your needs.
Rock Steady Boxing-Mid Shore is a unique exercise program, based on forced-intense training used by boxing pros, and adapted to people with Parkinson's disease. The program
involves regular exercises, such as stretching, bicycling, running, jumping-rope, push-ups, balancing and lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches. Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages and levels of ability. RSB-Mid Shore classes are made possible free of charge through the support of the Maryland Association for Parkinson's Support Inc. using funds provided by a National Parkinson's Foundation grant and individual donations.
A monthly donation of $30 is appreciated to MAPS. Participants must register at the Island Athletic Club on a monthly basis.
We provide child care with your membership, at no additional cost to you. This additional service allows you to enjoy your workout while knowing that you child is on sight and cared for in a safe and fun environment.

Towel Services
The Island Athletic Club offers both workout towels and shower towels to it's members at no additional cost!
