Saturday Schedule varies from week to week with instructors, please contact the gym to find out who is teaching that Saturday morning and what type of class. Classes are offered at 8:30am and 9:30am.
8:30 am class could be Yoga, Buti Yoga, or Barre
9:30 am class could be any type of cardio, strength, Barre, Buti yoga type classes.
